Being new to real estate and searching for first home, we had our apprehensions and anxiety. Ketan was helpful & completely professional through the whole process of house hunting, paperwork and closing. He made the complete process streamlined and so smooth, we didn't have to worry about literally anything. There were times in whole process where we liked a house so much even being ready to bid higher; but Ketan made sure we are not paying more than what the house deserved. Making a big decision to buy our first home wasn’t easy since there are lots of unknowns. We are so glad to have chosen Ketan as our real estate agent. Ketan took his time in showing us around what was available in the market that would have suited our needs and budget. He never rushed us into making any decisions. Once Ketan showed us a few houses we were ready to put in real offers. Ketan would not allow us into putting unreasonable offers and then going into a bidding war against multiple offers. By this time Ketan knew exactly what we wanted and was confident that we will find something within our price range. Once the right property in the market was available, all thanks to Ketan's quick actions that we were able to make an offer and our dream home.
